As a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Dr. David Bivona spent 16 years working in public hospitals and community medicine within the National Health Service (NHS) in England. In 2009, he relocated to New Zealand, where he met Dr. Simon Snook and shifted his focus to sexual health, specializing in vasectomies and abortion medicine.

David’s current clinical interests also include vulvovaginal health, colposcopy, lower urinary tract symptoms, and the treatment of chronic UTIs. His compassionate approach and unwavering dedication to patient care have become core to Magma’s values. In many ways, we’re simply following the example he has set.
